CREW needed for short film

Available for filming on October weekends 9-10, 16-17, 23-34

The film will be submitted to various film festivals and competitions.The roles are unpaid but catering will be provided and a copy of the film will be given to those involved.

We have a script and a cast, but we need people with a camera, sound equipment, lighting know-how, and the skills to use them to help make our entry brilliant!

The film is an urban fantasy with monsters, martial arts and mystery.  Shooting must take place in the next few weeks. 

At this stage the work is unpaid, but if we win there is a $50,000 prize to make our own miniseries for the web.  Details can be found in the link above.

I'm looking for 3 cast member to be in a 15 minute TV drama for TV Production asssessment peice. The drama takes place in the future and requires serious acting ability for believablity. This is a student production so it is unpaid but a dvd of the finished will be given to you for your portfolio.

Actors MUST be available on morning thursday 23rd september for the studio shoot. There will exterior shoots but they would be organised on a weekend later in spring.

This would be great for someone who is looking go into TV  or just wants acting practice

Male caucasian aged approximately late 40’s through to early sixties.
To play father of heroine. Military father character. Intellectual.

To play villainous side kick. Intellectual type scheming type.

A lighting/sound operator is needed for Long Run Theatre Production's production of Bruce Hoogendoorn's play The Clever Country.

The play will be performed at The Street Theatre from 6 - 16 October 2010. It is a profit-share production.

The play is being directed by Daniel McCusker and the lighting designed by Owen Horton.

SYNOPSIS: Bec has never won first place, always coming 2nd or 3rd in everything. When she gets the chance to go for gold she discovers she’s competing against her boss. To win, she must overcome her self-doubt but will her failure at fear training predict her outcome?

Filming to take place in Canberra on weekends through-out October. Please only submit if you will be available during this time.

Sydney-based production company Ambience Entertainment has approached Canberra Academy of Dramatic Art in search of kids in the 12-15 years age group for a new game show called "What Do You Know?" Applications/auditions are now open. The show will be filming in September/October in Sydney, so get your entry in as soon as possible!

If you've seen "The Einstein Factor" for grown ups, it follows a similar concept. Contestants answer questions on topics relating to their area of expertise - things like Harry Potter, ancient Rome, dinosaurs, sports stars or a hobby of some kind. Parental permission is required.

Just to keep it short and sweet, this is a 15 minute TV segment that is designed to be a spoof soap opera! (AKA ITS A COMEDY)
